To return a product, please send an email to nicole@theflowercbdshop.com with your concerns and order number. Authorization must be received from our customer service team prior to the return of any product and can be requested for 14 days from the delivery of the product. Please ensure that your items are unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received them.
